For Destiny Wormack, business is about more than profit. Through 51TenBiz, she helps entrepreneurs build companies that are financially sustainable while staying rooted in purpose, structure, and long-term growth.

After more than 20 years in retail, and 7 years running her own flower shop, Destiny saw a common challenge: too many small businesses operate without systems. Entrepreneurs are often “building the plane while flying it,” lacking the infrastructure needed to grow, and that realization led her to create 51TenBiz, grounded in her core philosophy: streamline, serve, scale.

Her approach is shaped by experience across corporate retail, small businesses, nonprofits, and church communities. In each space, she saw how critical knowledge was often held by one person, with little documentation or training in place. Without systems, businesses struggle to scale or sustain themselves, so through her work, Destiny helps clients implement structure—from operations and technology to employee training and succession planning.

That impact is already visible. Recently, she supported a transportation entrepreneur in fully launching his business, guiding everything from website development and booking software to backend organization, compliance timelines, and vendor selection. By building a strong administrative foundation, she helped position the business for long-term success and opened the door to additional client opportunities.

Even with her experience, Destiny sought clarity in her own business and turned to Sunshine Enterprises. Through the Community Business Academy, she refined her niche, strengthened her foundation, and improved her personal finances, allowing her to invest in the tools and systems needed to grow 51TenBiz with intention.

Today, as a solopreneur, Destiny is focused on scaling her impact, expanding into customer service and dispatching support, while also building future revenue streams through training and speaking. Through every client she serves, 51TenBiz demonstrates that sustainable businesses are built with systems, strategy, and purpose.
