Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications

We are seeking a mission driven Senior Manager to lead Sunshine's marketing and communications activity and strategy. This person will oversee storytelling, campaigns, and outreach efforts that highlight Sunshine's mission and the entrepreneurs we serve. The Senior Manager is both a strategic leader and creative hands-on contributor, managing one part-time direct report and collaborating across all departments to ensure consistent, compelling communications. Key responsibilities include leading and managing the organization's overall marketing and communications function, building and maintaining strong external and internal stakeholder engagement, developing and implementing an annual communications strategy, supporting recruitment and fundraising campaigns, managing digital channels plus creating content and collateral for the organization and it's programs.

Recruitment Coordinator (Bilingual)

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a critical role in expanding SE’s applicant pipeline for the Community Business Academy (CBA) and other programs by combining recruitment support, proactive outreach, and candidate relationship management. This role bridges community engagement with recruitment operations, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates who align with SE’s mission and growth needs. Access to Capital Coach - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

The Access to Capital Coach will serve as a contracted coach within the Credit to Capital (C2C) department. This role will provide individualized coaching to help entrepreneurs — both Spanish-language and English-language clients — achieve sustainable business growth through accessing capital. Coaching will include helping entrepreneurs better understand their financial needs, strengthen their operational procedures, and achieve their business financial goals.
